From the on-set the biggest challenge with this project was the wall height for this particular home, requiring a 3.5m length window.

To achieve this modern yet chic look, the Schuco SMC50 Roof, ASS-70 HI sliding door system and the ASS70 FD bifold door were used to create this clean, chic yet modern look.

The Bi-fold Door Factory was initially contacted by Cameron Black to help find them a economically sound solution for their contract on Gosfield Street.
This contract was later transferred to Cennet (UK) Ltd and we continued to work closely alongside Marek Wojciechowski Architects to finalise design proposals.
It was the confidence of being a preferred Schuco partner, that Cennet (UK) Ltd had the assurance and security of placing the entire order with Bi-Fold Door Factory Ltd.

This was a very challenging and time-sensitive project from the start, having to work with strict building constraints, Bi-Fold Door Factory Ltd maintained an outstanding relationships with Volcker Investments Ltd and the client.
The original property prior to installation was dilapidated and decrepit, stuck in a time warp of nearly 40 years, and in desperate need of modernisation. The internal and external remodelling of this property included the installation of the ASS70-FD Schuco bifold door system which allowed us to fit panels wider than 4m.
